In addition to my work as in-house counsel, for over 13 years, I've managed the operational and financial complexities of my husband’s residential roofing business, giving me a practical, owner-side perspective on the challenges small to mid-sized companies face. This hands-on business insight complements my professional background as a licensed CA attorney. When I’m not working with clients, I dedicate my time to community service, including 9 years as a volunteer board member and coach for a local youth sports organization.
